Worked our way southwest in Tennessee along part of the trail of tears and then on the Natchez Parkway this morning. This part of TN is a lot more flat and open than eastern TN.
Crossed into Alabama and crossed the John Coffee Bridge across the TN River... and the temperature has been on the rise.
Pricked up Route 72 and crossed into Mississippi just as I turned 98,000 on my bike. MS is VERY flat and open and we hit strong winds and 90 degrees!
