We were planning on riding over the continental divide this morning headed for Route 81 but as we were loading the bikes we were discussing that. If it was 40 degrees on the valley floor and drizzle that the top of the Gap at 5,000 feet probably would be below freezing and slippery. So we stayed in the valley and made our way east.
Having lunch north of Harrisburg, PA... still only 44 degrees. God Bless Mr. Garbing and his electric clothing!
It not only feels like winter it looks it here with no leaves out on the trees too!
